DATA PORTAL for SFAs with at least one non-CEP school

Welcome back and thank you for participating in the fourth Access, Participation, Eligibility and Certification Study (APEC IV) series.

We are now in the household sampling phase for the forthcoming Household Survey. Households know APEC IV as the “National School Meals Study.”

To randomly sample 24 student households to participate in the survey, we ask you to provide a data file of students enrolled in the non-CEP schools participating in APEC IV who either:

• Applied for free or reduced-price meals in SY 2022-2023 or
• Were directly certified for free meals in SY 2022-2023.

Later in the year, we will request a similar data file of students enrolled in SY 2023-2024.

Your non-CEP schools participating in APEC IV were listed in a recent email (subject line: Data File Request for APEC IV Study).
